I listen to your show every day on the ride home from school with my 2 boys. This morning my 9-year-old and I were snuggling on the couch with the family dog.

We were discussing an upcoming family vacation. I mentioned that the dog had to go to the vet so he could get shots that the doggie daycare center required. My son turned to me with a look of horror and said "But mom, we can't leave him in daycare! Dr. Laura says he won't be loved all day!"

I assured him you would make an exception for dogs but he doesn't believe me!
