Abigail wonders what else she could have done to stop a stupid parent...

While out shopping, Abigail saw a child lying dangerously in a cart while his mother ignored him and talked on her cell phone. Abigail tried confronting the mother, who told her to back off, and then when she addressed the store manager, he too ignored the problem. What else could she have done?!
